Our spacious facility comfortably accommodates up to 125 guests and provides everything you need to make your event a success.

Rental Rates

Non-Members: $175/hour

OCSC Members: $140/hour


Reservation Information

To reserve your event:

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required.
  • A $500 refundable security deposit (cash only) is due when the facility keys are picked up.
  • Your security deposit will be returned once:
  • The facility has been left clean.
  • All keys have been returned.

Absolutely! We provide one complimentary hour before your event for decorating and setup.

  • Is cleanup time included?

Yes! We also provide one complimentary hour after your event for cleanup.

  • When is my reservation confirmed?

After your requested date has been approved.

The rental agreement has been signed.

Your reservation deposit has been received.

  • How do I receive my security deposit back?

Your $500 cash security deposit will be returned after the facility has been inspected, found to be clean, and all keys have been returned.
