The Buda Bee Club (Quilting)
1st Tuesday of the month, 10:00a - 12:30p (Business Meeting)
2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month, 10:00a - 5:00p (Open Sew)

Sassy Senior Stampers Class
1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 1:30p
Create two cards during each meeting. Donate cards to the Center or pay $2 each if you would like to take them home.
All materials are supplied.

It's important to keep your health in check. These specific classes and programs are setup specifically towards Senior Health. Somes may require a class fee and/or exercise equipment.

- Boom Move: Wednesdays, 9:30a-10:00a
- Boom Muscle: Wednesdays, 10:10a-10:40a
- Strength & Balance: Fridays, 9:30a - 10:30a
(Bring your own personal equipment to class: Hand weights, exercise band, small exercise ball)
* Silver Sneaker Members & OCSC members: no class fee
* Non-Members: 2 free trail classes, $3.00 class fee for each class attended after trial period
Tai Chi Class

Tuesdays, starting at 10:00a-11:30a
TOPS stands for: Take Off Pounds Sensibly.
First meeting is free! Low cost support group.
Chair Yoga
Fridays, 10:45a - 12:00p
Class include breathing exercises, warm up stretches, standing poses, balance core work, stretching, and twist restorative poses. Gentle yoga & releasing stress are emphasized.

Onion Creek Senior Center knows the importance of coming together for support. We have set up an environment where our members and community feel safe and welcomed in support & discussion groups.
Rheumatoid Arthritis Support Group

The group encourages people to share their challenges and successes with fellow members. Hand exercises and different methods of pain relief for hands will be discussed.
Caregiver Support Group [Buda & South Austin]
